About The Position
Mercy Health is offering an RN Residency program for New Grad Registered Nurses at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. This GROW Strong RN New Grad Residency Program is accredited and aligns with QSEN competencies and ANCC Practice Transition Accreditation Program (PTAP) requirements. The program features rolling enrollment, allowing new nurses to begin within 30-45 days of hire, and includes Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks for hands-on skills practice. The content is condensed, enabling nurses to complete the program in 6-8 months. The position offers a scheduled weekly work of 36 hours with flexible shifts, including all work shifts, and requires weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation per department policy. Requirements
- Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program who has successfully completed all requirements to obtain a nursing license
- RN student enrolled in the final semester of an accredited nursing program with a set graduation date
