About The Position

Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our healthcare team. We have an excellent opportunity for Winter 2026 graduate nurses looking to transition into a rewarding nursing career. You are eligible to start as a Nurse Extern II during your last semester of school and transition right into your RN position once you obtain your license!

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Applicant must not require sponsorship for an employment Visa, either now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN) upon obtaining licensure.
Work as a Nurse Extern II during the last semester of school.
Transition into an RN position after obtaining licensure.
