About The Position

The RN Supervisor oversees all patient care areas and all hospital services. This role collaborates in the planning and organization of training for all unit staff members and facilitates patient flow. The RN Supervisor represents hospital administration to departments, families, and patients, and communicates any changes or unusual events to leadership.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of facility location.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive acute care experience to include supervision.

Nice To Haves

• BSN required. Master’s Degree in health-related field preferred.
• ICU experience preferred.
