About The Position

This is a full-time night shift position for a Registered Nurse in the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) within the Women's Services Department. The department is described as fast-paced and high-volume, emphasizing teamwork and offering opportunities for educational and career growth through self-scheduling and a Unit Based Council (UBC). The facility is a 99-bed hospital with over 500 physicians, recognized for providing high-quality medical care.

Requirements

Nursing Diploma, Associate's Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program.
1 year of NICU experience.
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire.
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.
NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days.
NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days.
STABLE Program 90 Days.
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days.
