About The Position
The Neuro Special Procedures Department is a newly built second Hybrid Neuro room. The schedule is Monday through Friday with on-call requirements. This role involves cross-training into H&V Departments if desired and being part of a respected comprehensive stroke team providing exceptional patient care and saving lives. You will gain knowledge of cerebral and vascular anatomy and interventions.
Requirements
- Diploma of Nursing OR Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- One-year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program.
- RN—Registered Nurse or Completion of an RN Residency program required
- BCLS -Basic Cardiac Life Support -Prior to providing independent patient care & maintained quarterly—required
- ACLS-Advance Cardiac Life Support- within 90 days required
- PALS-Pediatric Advance Life Support- within in 90 days required
- CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
