Emplify Health by Gundersen is hiring a full-time and part-time Hospital Float Pool RN in La Crosse, WI! This is a unique opportunity to expand your nursing skills across multiple specialties while enjoying variety and flexibility in your day-to-day work. What You’ll Will Work: Variety of hours/shifts available: 48 hours per two weeks = 0.6 FTE; 12-hour rotating day (0630-1900) and night (1830-0700) shifts; every third weekend; two holidays per year 48 hours per two weeks = 0.6 FTE; 8-hour rotating day (0630-1500) and night (2230-0700) shifts (straight nights available); every other weekend; three holidays per year 60 hours per two weeks = 0.75 FTE; 12-hour rotating day (0630-1900) and night (1830-0700) shifts; every third weekend; two holidays per year 64 hours per two weeks = 0.8 FTE; 8-hour rotating day (0630-1500) and pm’s (1430-2300) shifts; every other weekend; three holidays per year 72 hours per two weeks = 0.9 FTE; 12-hour rotating day (0630-1900) and night (1830-0700) shifts; every third weekend; two holidays per year Questions? Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing
- RN licensure to practice in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care—LOVE + MEDICINE—to individuals throughout our hospital.
- Gain hands‑on experience across a variety of clinical settings, including: medical-surgical critical care inpatient behavioral health
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, clinicians, therapists, social workers, and CNAs to support high‑quality patient care.
