As part of the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center (hopkinsmedicine.org) patients are able to receive the world renown treatments, including clinical trials and immunotherapy, of Johns Hopkins Medicine without leaving the region. Requirements
- Registered Nurse licensed in the District of Columbia.
- Graduate from an accredited program for Registered Nurses.
- Knowledge of professional nursing care principles, practices, and procedures required to assess oncology patients.
- Must possess knowledge of chemotherapy drugs and their interaction with radiation treatment.
- At least two years RN experience in Radiation Oncology.
- ONS/ONCC Radiation Therapy Certification required.
- AHA CPR Certification required.
