About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Behavioral Health Unit/Medical Surgical unit. This is a Per Diem position located in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves providing direct patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team. The position offers flexibility in shifts, with options for both nights and days. A COVID-19 vaccine and booster are required for this role.
Requirements
- 1+ years of acute care/clinical experience required.
- Updated resume indicating facility worked, locations, dates and specialty worked.
- AHA BLS certification.
- RN CA License.
- COVID Vaccine + Booster Required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the Behavioral Health Unit/Medical Surgical unit.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and document observations.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
