About The Position
The client is seeking a psychiatric registered nurse for a 3x12 day shift position in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The role requires current clinical references, certifications, and health-screening documentation, as well as successful completion of pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and a urine drug screening.
