About The Position

Provide professional nursing care for patient(s) and respective family according to established standards and practices. This role involves collecting comprehensive data, analyzing assessment data, identifying expected outcomes, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient progress. The position also emphasizes professional performance standards, including enhancing nursing practice, attaining knowledge and competency, collaborating with peers and patients, and providing leadership. Responsibilities include care planning, implementation, and managing various care processes with compassion and respect for patient needs. Accurate and timely documentation is essential, adhering to the ANA Code of Ethics and quality improvement initiatives. Additional duties include adhering to attendance guidelines, aligning with organizational values, and maintaining current knowledge in the field.

Requirements

• 2 year / Associate Degree in Nursing from a state accredited school
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license

Nice To Haves

• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 1+ years Nursing Experience
