Requirements
Three years' registered nurse experience
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) required within 90 day of employment.

Responsibilities
Facilitates the development, implementation and evaluation of transplant services and initiatives.
Plans, implements, evaluates, and coordinates appropriate patient care related to transplant processes.
Maintains program documentation and review to support regulatory and compliance regulations.
Assists with determining appropriate training for the staff and developing the learning program.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Collaborates with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Applies the existing body of evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge in health care to nursing practice, ensuring that nursing care is delivered based on patient's age-specific needs and clinical needs as described in the departments Scope of Service.
