About The Position
We're looking for an RN to join our team and help us invent the future of health care. This role goes beyond basic care, focusing on integrated health programs across the entire continuum of care. The RN's primary role is to provide personalized patient care, support the provider's practice by performing clinical duties, and assist in coordinating patient care. Your communication, conduct, and performance should support the clinic's efforts. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Registered Nurse license through the Washington State Department of Health
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross)

- 2+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse
Responsibilities
- Assesses and evaluates patient care needs.
- Suggests solutions to patient care problems & complaints.
- Identifies & recommends solutions to departmental problems.
- Assists in assessing departmental function and productivity & recommends changes as necessary.
- Assesses patient/family learning needs and coordinates and carries out teaching plan.
