About The Position
Provide nursing care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) during night shifts. Work alongside a team-oriented staff in a collaborative environment, focusing on patient care and management.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Nice To Haves
- ACLS certification
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and manage patient care for medical and surgical conditions including cleft palate repair and chest tube management.
- Perform procedures such as lumbar punctures and manage seizure cases.
- Work collaboratively with neuro, ortho, general surgery, and thoracic services.
