About The Position
Registered Nurse for the PICU unit responsible for providing care to critically ill pediatric patients for a 19-week contract covering holiday shifts.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience required
- BLS
- PALS
- aseptic and sterile techniques
- ventilator and trach management
- CRRT experience with Prismax preferred
Responsibilities
- Aseptic and sterile techniques, basic dressing changes
- Ventilator and trach management, suctioning
- G-tube/j-tube management, feeding tubes
- Chest tubes, epidurals, PCAs, drip management
- Foley insertion and management, discharge skills
- CRRT experience with Prismax preferred
