About The Position
The role of the radiology nurse promotes and restores patients' health by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. This role involves managing patient care during Interventional Radiology and Bronchoscopy procedures, Critical Care Transports to radiology for various modalities, and Cardiac Monitoring oversight during MRI studies.
Requirements
- BSN
- 1 year of nursing experience
- Critical Care experience required
- ACLS required from the American Heart Association
- BLS required from the American Heart Association
Responsibilities
- Promotes and restores patients' health by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Provides physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
