Requirements

  • RN License
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Previous clinical experience
  • Experience in community health or education

Responsibilities

  • Creating and conducting programs on nutrition, disease prevention (diabetes, heart disease), hygiene, and smoking cessation.
  • Conducting health fairs for blood pressure, cholesterol, and other health screenings.
  • Implementing programs aimed at preventing the spread of infectious diseases and managing chronic conditions.
  • Collecting data through surveys and interviews to identify health gaps within a population.
  • Advocating for public health policies that improve community wellness.
