About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to practice closely with the Pediatric Orthopedic team to help care for patients with fractures, spina bifida, club foot, spinal fusions, and more. The role involves providing evidence-based, high-quality nursing care for patients via telephone and MyChart. You will assist with care coordination and clinic procedures such as wound care, incision checks, pre-op appointments, and pin pulls. This position requires working as part of a multidisciplinary team for consistent and positive patient outcomes, providing education and guidance to patients and families, and utilizing evidence and science to guide practice.

Requirements

  • Graduate of school of nursing
  • 6 months of RN experience
  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire
  • CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Relevant RN experience
  • Applicable clinical certification
