RN Pediatric Nurse
About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing for our pediatric patient with GT and seizure disorder. The schedule is Tuesday and Friday from 7am-7pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 8am-3pm. This position is located in South Orange, NJ. The compensation ranges from $42-$45 per hour, with base pay determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total compensation may also include other forms of pay. The role offers a supportive home environment with private driveway parking, a private room and playroom within a family home, and school accompaniment during school hours. Two-person transfers are available most of the time for added support, and there are no pets in the home.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in New Jersey
- Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to pediatric care
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment.
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
- Deliver respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Provide patient and caregiver education.
- Follow additional requirements outlined on a per-case basis and during agency orientation upon hire.
