About The Position

This is a replacement position for a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) in a shift nursing role, providing scheduled care to patients in their homes. The role involves working with pediatric patients of varying complexity and aims to help them remain comfortable at home. This is a casual, overnight shift position requiring a minimum of 4 shifts per month, including one weekend, with shift times of either 10pm-6am or 11pm-7am. The position involves on-call coverage, including after hours, to ensure patient safety and meet care needs. It is a part-time, unionized position with the UFCW Union Local 175.

Requirements

Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
Experience in Pediatric care is mandatory
Reliability and flexibility
Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area
Passion for making a difference in your community
Required on-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs
