BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager for our North Brunswick, NJ office. This office provides best-in-class care to pediatric clients and families throughout Middlesex County. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
Nice To Haves
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Home care experience is a plus
- Trach and vent experience is a plus
- Passion for pediatric care and supporting clinical teams
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and support nurses to deliver exceptional pediatric home care
- Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Middlesex County
- Develop, review, and oversee individualized care plans
- Provide clinical oversight and support for RNs and LPNs in the field
- Facilitate orientation for newly hired staff
- Complete skills validations and competency assessments for new and tenured employees
- Partner with office leadership to support quality, compliance, and continuity of care
