About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. This role focuses on the patient's medical needs and treatment according to the physician's plan of care, involving ongoing assessments, administration of prescribed medications and therapies, care coordination, and educating family members to ensure positive outcomes and prevent complications. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home.
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for the patient.
