LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. This role focuses on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to their active plan of care, involving ongoing assessments, medication administration, care coordination, and family education to ensure positive outcomes and preventative care. The position offers full-time and part-time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, with flexible scheduling options.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
