About The Position

Phoenix is seeking compassionate LPN or RN professionals for pediatric home care. This role involves providing one-on-one skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs in their homes. The position offers a purpose-driven nursing role where relationships matter and care makes a visible impact, allowing nurses to build genuine relationships with patients and their families, and support children in their growth and development at home.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license
• A heart for patient-centered care
