About The Position
Provide professional nursing care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting, utilizing advanced nursing skills and critical thinking. Responsible for the overall care and recovery of patients in coordination with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Critical thinking skills with experience in EKG rhythm interpretation and handling various drips and oxygen delivery systems.
- Experience in tube feedings and proficiency with NG/Dobhoff tubes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure effective patient care delivery.
