About The Position
RN will work 36 hrs/week night shift (7p-7:30a). RN will typically work every 3rd weekend and cover 1 holiday, subject to change based on census and staffing. No on-call required, but may take a rare call day due to census/staffing changes. Must float to other units in low volume or coverage crisis. Must have experience with Open-Heart, and Epic EMR. Ventilator care comfortability required if needed.
Requirements
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum three (3) years cardiac step-down experience
- Experience with heart cath recovery
- Experience with cardiac drips
- Experience with post-op open-heart patients
- Experience with other cardiac/med-surg step-down patients
- Experience with Open-Heart procedures
- Experience with Epic EMR
- Comfortable with ventilator care
