Requirements
- Active RN license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Current Indiana RN License required.
- BLS required within policy guidelines.
- Satisfactory completion of clinical experience while in nursing program.
- Home Services requires a minimum 1 year nursing practice in an acute care setting.
- Uses computerized documentation system.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor degree in nursing science (BSN), or ASN with current education plan to obtain BSN
- 1-2 years nursing experience in area of desired practice.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule patient procedures efficiently and accurately
- Provide phone triage, addressing patient concerns and guiding next steps
- Assist with prescription refills and medication coordination
- Room patients and support clinic flow as needed
- Serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
