Responsibilities
- Identifies and documents the patient's initial condition and need for care based on established protocols in ambulatory setting.
- Performs care based on ANA Code for Nurses and Capital Health Standards of Practice.
- Fosters an environment to include the core mission.
- Provides emotional and informational support to patients and families according to established protocols.
- Teaches patients and families following standardized instructional plans and documenting outcomes.
- Plans for and documents needs of the patient with appropriate assistance.
