About The Position

RiverView Health, a community-owned, membership-based non-profit organization established in 1898, is the sole community hospital in Crookston, MN. Requirements

Current RN license in Minnesota and North Dakota. ND license must be obtained within 3 months of hire if not already held.
Current American Heart Association CPR certification (or) must obtain within 4 months of hire, training provided.
Two+ years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

Works closely with the Spine team optimizing patients for surgery, education, and follow-up on post operative outcomes.
Facilitates and assists patients through the healthcare continuum, enhancing communication between caregivers and integration of care.
Takes a lead role in coordinating with a multidisciplinary approach to planning and providing a continuum of care.
Acts as a liaison between the surgeon, PCP, and other ancillary departments including radiology, laboratory, PT, OT, supply chain and surgery to ensure that the needs and concerns of the orthopedic patients are addressed.
