About The Position
Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Ortho Bone & Joint / Med-Surg unit provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Current Illinois RN License
- BLS (CPR)
- ACLS
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ mental, physical, and spiritual needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Support a positive work environment through professional communication
- Participate in continuing education
- Meet core quality and patient care standards
