About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Oncology RN to provide patient-centered care in a Med-Surg environment. This role requires clinical assessments, autonomous treatment management, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements

1 year of recent acute care Med-Surg RN experience required.
Florida RN license or approved multistate (compact) RN license. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida licensure after relocation.
Current BLS required; ACLS preferred (required within 6 months of hire).

BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

Collect comprehensive data relevant to the patient’s health and situation.
Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary care team.
Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and patient care needs.
Develop individualized patient care plans with expected outcomes.
Ensure patient safety and effective use of time, supplies, and equipment.
