About The Position
The Jamestown family medicine clinic is looking for a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join their team in a full time role! This role will work with various age groups and diagnosis. Utilizes team nursing with a very dependable and cohesive group. Apply your scope of practice to its fullest with the vast amount of skills utilized with the populations we serve. Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with no nights, weekends or holidays. $15,000 sign on bonus for eligible employees! Experience credit added to base wage. Come join our fun, growing team today! The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Requirements
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific licensure, competencies and certifications.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
Nice To Haves
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
