Requirements

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate and dependable nurses
• Nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships through 1:1 care

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home setting
• Assist with daily care needs within your nursing scope of practice
• Monitor and support the young adult’s safety, comfort, and well-being
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered
• Provide compassionate, dependable care to the young adult and family
• Complete simple real-time charting during your shift
