Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking dedicated Private Duty Nurses (LPN/RN) to join their growing Mechanicsburg Skilled Nursing team. The role involves providing one-on-one care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. BAYADA emphasizes that healthcare is better when clients receive care at home, which is their highest priority and greatest joy. They offer comprehensive paid training, including simulation labs and 24/7 on-call clinical support, to ensure nurses are comfortable and competent from their first shift. Requirements
- LPN or RN license.
- Willingness to provide care for pediatric clients, including those with Trach/Vent.
- Behavioral health experience is a plus for a pediatric client with those needs.
- Low tech care for a 2 YO client.
- MAR-CPA certification.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to clients.
- Care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
- Utilize electronic charting using Statewise.
- Adhere to all state/local mandates as an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider.
