RN or LPN Medical Inpatient FT Nights
About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for the 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit at Baptist Health Floyd. This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week on the night shift (7pm-7am) with a requirement to work every 4th weekend. Sign-on bonuses are available for experienced external candidates. The RN/LPN will be responsible and accountable for direct, comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge, functioning as an on-shift team member to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. The Innovation Unit is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital, caring for a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions. It serves as an excellent opportunity for new graduate LPNs and RNs to begin their nursing careers, supported by experienced nurses who share their expertise.
Requirements
- Current Indiana or compact state RN or LPN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required

Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge.
