RN or LPN Medical Inpatient FT Days
About The Position
Seeking Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for the 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit at Baptist Health Floyd. This is a full-time position (36 hours weekly) with day shifts (7am-7pm) and requires every 4th weekend work. Sign-on bonus is eligible for experienced external candidates. The RN/LPN will be responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge, functioning as an on-shift team member to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers. The Innovation Unit is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas for the hospital, caring for a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions. It serves as an excellent opportunity for new graduates and is supported by experienced nurses.
Requirements
- Current Indiana or compact state RN or LPN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required

Responsibilities
