RN or LPN Medical Inpatient Services FT Nights
About The Position
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit at Baptist Health Floyd. This is a full-time position with 36 hours per week, working nights from 7pm to 7am. The role requires every 4th weekend availability and is benefit-eligible. A sign-on bonus is available for experienced external candidates. The Innovation Unit is a 44-bed medical-surgical unit that pilots new ideas and cares for a wide range of medical diagnoses and conditions. It is an excellent opportunity for new graduates and experienced nurses alike, with seasoned nurses available to share their expertise.
Requirements
- Current Indiana or compact state RN or LPN license
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required

Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge.
- Function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.
