About The Position

This is a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) position in the SURGERY department, located at Corona Regional Medical Center (CRMC) in Corona, CA. The position offers a Sign Bonus. Corona Regional Medical Center, founded in 1965 as Corona Community Hospital, is a 259-bed community hospital network that includes an acute care hospital and a rehabilitation campus. It is certified by The Joint Commission, employs over 1,250 healthcare workers, and has a medical staff of approximately 347 physicians across more than 40 specialties. The role reports to the Director of Surgical Services and/or Assistant Director and Charge Nurse. Responsibilities include the assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation of surgical patients. The primary responsibility is the nursing care of patients, maintaining standards of nursing practice, achieving optimal outcomes, and supervising nursing personnel.

Requirements

Current California RN License required.
Current B.L.S. (CPR) certificate required through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Current A.C.L.S. certificate required through the AHA.

Responsibilities

Assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation and documentation of surgical patients.
Overall responsibility for the nursing care of patients.
Maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes.
Supervision of all categories of nursing personnel.
