About The Position
Nemours is seeking a RN (Operating Room) to join our Nemours Children's Hospital team in Orlando, Florida. This position involves three 12-hour shifts, from 10:45 AM to 11:15 PM, with weekend rotation and regular and holiday call requirements. The role requires a 30-minute response time for on-call duties, which are determined by the needs of the department. The days of the week are variable, and holiday and weekend rotations are as required by the department's needs. Nemours Children’s Hospital, located in Orlando, Fla., is a 100-bed pediatric hospital featuring the area’s only 24-hour Emergency Department designed for children and outpatient pediatric clinics. Requirements
- ASN required
- Active Florida or multi-state RN license, required
- Minimum of 6 months of RN experience required
- Valid American Heart Association BLS Certification; must be valid for 90 days post start date.
- Valid American Heart Association PALS
Nice To Haves
- National certification in area of clinical specialty (preferred)
- Experience in pediatric specialty area, preferred
