About The Position
Operating Room RN responsible for providing patient care during surgical procedures. Must be available for weekend and call requirements as needed, and willing to float to other facilities. This position focuses on heavy Ortho/Urology/Spine procedures and Robotic surgeries.
Requirements
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Current CPR/BLS Card
- ACLS certification

- Experience with heavy Ortho/Urology/Spine procedures
- Experience with Robotic surgeries
Responsibilities
- Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement an individual plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients or responsible persons.
- Recognize and report changes in patient condition using nursing clinical judgment.
- Contribute to a healthy workplace environment using professional communication skills.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
