RN Operating Room Circulator
About The Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room Circulation. This role involves conducting comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to uphold patient safety, anticipating the needs of the surgical team to support seamless operational flow, and providing age- and procedure-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process. The position also requires maintaining precise and timely documentation in medical records and collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for superior patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current North Carolina RN License or Compact License with North Carolina endorsement.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
- Associate’s Degree in nursing is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Surgery and Operating Room Circulation.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
