About The Position

Are you a compassionate RN seeking a casual night shift opportunity in oncology? Earn an additional $5 per hour on top of your base rate for nights! Join our dedicated team on 4 North, an 18-bed telemetry-monitored unit at Jefferson Hospital, specializing in adult oncology. You'll play a vital role in providing a full spectrum of oncology services, from initial diagnosis and chemotherapy treatment to supportive care throughout the patient's journey. Beyond oncology, you'll also care for adult patients with conditions requiring close monitoring, such as electrolyte imbalances, diabetes, sepsis, anemia, and pre/post-operative needs. Responsibilities

Assesses patient reports/records change of condition and notifies physician and/or supervisor and intervenes appropriately and documents accordingly.
