The RN, Occupational Health Services administers clinical services consistent with the mission, objectives, and scope of Occupational Health Services. This role provides necessary assistance to Clinical Staff of the OHS Department, maintains appropriate medical records, and ensures patient confidentiality. The position involves effective communication with various hospital departments and collaboration with OHS Management in developing objectives for employee health services. The RN will provide direct patient care including preplacement screening, testing, emergency first aid, and follow-up of injury and illness. They will also be responsible for Tuberculin Skin Testing (TST) screening and surveillance, as well as Respirator Fit Testing (RFT) and training.
