About The Position
Registered Nurse in the Observation Unit responsible for providing patient care in a mixed-level care setting, including medical surgical and step-down patients. The unit targets short stay patients with a 24-hour length of stay and involves quick turnover.
Requirements
- Telemetry competency
- Progressive Care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Positive attitude, patient experience focused, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients with telemetry needs, ensuring they are hardwired to bedside monitors.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver compassionate and high-quality care.
- Float to other units as needed.
