About The Position

At Suite Living Senior Care, our Nurse Managers play a central leadership role within the community-partnering closely with caregivers, families, and clinical partners to ensure residents receive thoughtful, consistent care. This role offers a more structured, relationship-driven environment where you can truly lead care-not just react to it. You will experience leadership without constant crisis mode, a predictable environment compared to acute care, autonomy as the clinical leader within your community, meaningful relationships through consistent interaction with residents and families, and a supportive structure through collaboration with hospice, therapy, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or a related setting (or leadership experience in other clinical environments)
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to lead and support a care team
• Passion for working with seniors, including those with dementia

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical care for residents within your community
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
• Monitor resident health and adjust care as needed
• Ensure safe and compliant medication management
• Maintain accurate documentation and address discrepancies proactively
• Guide and support caregivers in delivering high-quality care
• Provide training and coaching on best practices
• Partner with hospice, therapy providers, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure residents receive comprehensive, coordinated services
