About The Position
The RN Nurse Manager (Assisted Living) role at Suite Living Senior Care offers a leadership opportunity in a structured, relationship-driven environment, distinct from the fast-paced nature of hospital settings. Nurse Managers are central leaders within their communities, collaborating with caregivers, families, and clinical partners to ensure residents receive thoughtful and consistent care. This role emphasizes leadership without constant crisis, provides autonomy as the clinical leader, fosters meaningful relationships with residents and families, and operates within a supportive structure with collaboration from hospice, therapy, and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or a related setting (or leadership experience in other clinical environments)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to lead and support a care team
- Passion for working with seniors, including those with dementia
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee clinical care for residents within your community
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Monitor resident health and adjust care as needed
- Ensure safe and compliant medication management
- Maintain accurate documentation and address discrepancies proactively
- Guide and support caregivers in delivering high-quality care
- Provide training and coaching on best practices
- Partner with hospice, therapy providers, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure residents receive comprehensive, coordinated services
