About The Position

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys balancing hands-on clinical oversight, staff mentorship, and case management, with limited on-call expectations. You’ll lead field clinicians, support skilled adult and pediatric home care cases, and partner closely with an established office leadership team in a Monday–Friday schedule. Requirements

• Active Missouri RN license in good standing
• 3+ years of recent hands-on RN or LPN experience
• Experience in home health, med-surg, ICU, pediatrics, or a similarly fast-paced clinical setting
• At least 1 year of experience mentoring, precepting, or supervising nurses, even if not in a formal leadership title, or 1 year of field pediatric nursing experience
• Strong assessment, organization, communication, and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and take on increasing responsibility in a dynamic environment

• Trach, vent, or tube care experience in a home care setting
• Prior Clinical Manager, Case Manager, or formal field supervision experience
• Experience with clinical oversight, quality monitoring, and case management

Responsibilities

• Skilled adult and pediatric home care cases; mix varies based on census
• RN and LPN field staff
• In-home supervision, clinical assessments, and care planning
• Staff development, education, and clinical mentorship
• Internal case management and quality oversight
• Lead and mentor clinical staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality care
• Support education and development of clinicians, including oversight of a nurse residency program
• Visit clients in their homes to complete supervision, assessments, and clinical support
• Assist with in-home client assessments and the care planning process
• Partner with the office team on case management, quality assurance, and clinical decision-making
• Evaluate and develop field staff while ensuring adherence to BAYADA policies, procedures, and standards
