About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a Regional Float RN Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership across seven assisted living and memory care communities within their assigned region. This role offers variety, leadership opportunities, and the chance to help teams succeed. The Nurse Manager will travel between communities based on clinical and operational needs, spending time at different locations to provide support. The position focuses on coaching teams, solving problems, improving care, and building relationships across multiple communities.

Requirements

Active RN license in good standing.
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to quickly build trust with different teams and adapt to different environments.
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable traveling between seven communities as needed.
Passion for working with seniors, including those living with dementia.
A compassionate, resident-focused approach.

Nice To Haves

Assisted living, memory care, senior care, or related experience preferred.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership across seven communities within the region.
Travel between communities based on clinical and operational needs.
Conduct resident assessments and oversee individualized service plans.
Monitor changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate care.
Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and community leaders.
Oversee medication management and clinical documentation.
Coach, train, and develop care teams.
Support communities experiencing staffing, leadership, or clinical challenges.
Partner with physicians, hospice, therapy, pharmacies, families, and other healthcare providers.
Promote consistent clinical standards, quality care, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.
Help improve clinical outcomes and share best practices across communities.
