About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking a Regional Float RN Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership across seven assisted living and memory care communities within their assigned region. This role involves traveling between communities based on clinical and operational needs, conducting resident assessments, overseeing individualized service plans, monitoring resident conditions, and providing clinical guidance to care teams. The position also includes overseeing medication management, clinical documentation, coaching and training care teams, supporting communities with challenges, partnering with healthcare providers, and promoting consistent clinical standards, quality care, resident safety, and regulatory compliance. The goal is to help improve clinical outcomes and share best practices across communities.

Requirements

  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to quickly build trust with different teams and adapt to different environments.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable traveling between seven communities as needed.
  • Passion for working with seniors, including those living with dementia.
  • A compassionate, resident-focused approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Assisted living, memory care, senior care, or related experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership across seven communities within your region.
  • Travel between communities based on clinical and operational needs.
  • Conduct resident assessments and oversee individualized service plans.
  • Monitor changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate care.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and community leaders.
  • Oversee medication management and clinical documentation.
  • Coach, train, and develop care teams.
  • Support communities experiencing staffing, leadership, or clinical challenges.
  • Partner with physicians, hospice, therapy, pharmacies, families, and other healthcare providers.
  • Promote consistent clinical standards, quality care, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Help improve clinical outcomes and share best practices across communities.
