About The Position

St. Peter’s Health Partners (Trinity Health) is hiring an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead the Burdett Birthing Center —a top regional maternity program. This is a high-impact leadership role with 24/7 operational oversight, strong physician partnerships, and a collaborative culture. The role allows for a direct impact on patient safety, quality, and experience.

Requirements

• RN License in NY
• BSN required
• 3+ years Labor & Delivery experience
• 1–3 years leadership experience (Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager)
• C-EFM certification required

Nice To Haves

• MSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage staff, hiring, performance & engagement
• Oversee daily operations, staffing & patient flow
• Drive quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
• Partner with OB/GYNs, midwives & leadership

• Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
