RN Nurse Manager - Home Health
About The Position
We are BAYADA Home Health Care, a leading home health care company committed to delivering care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We are seeking a motivated RN Nurse Manager to provide leadership and mentoring to our field staff, ensuring exceptional client service and quality clinical care. This role involves visiting clients in their homes, supervising field clinicians, internal case management, and staff development. You will also assist with in-home client assessments and the care planning process, offering clinical insight and support. This position offers a blend of direct patient interaction and office-based responsibilities within a growing and dynamic environment with exciting career paths for nurses.
Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license in good standing.
- Minimum two years recent and verifiable clinical field experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency.
- Experience with clinical oversight (including OASIS and ICD-9 Coding).
- Experience monitoring quality assurance.
- Experience with overall case management.
- Home Health & Oasis Experience required.
- Strong assessment and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities.
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
- Solid communication and PC skills.
